    Once more I have received the utmost in tire and automobile engine service from Redwood General Tire.

    My first experience began with your company over 10 years ago when I brought in my car for just a minor tire and wheel balance. Today my service requests have progressed over the years to complete confidence and trust in Redwood General Tire to perform other various automobile services from replacement of new tires, balancing, alignment, brakes, and including my engine service on my Jaguar automobiles.

    My recent experience was yesterday, October 25, 2011, and again I was not disappointed. The professionalism of the staff met or exceeded my service expectations beginning with a phone call to a competent service representative, to the timely completion of the service required. I was totally surprised this time by another "finishing touch" of complete service by the addition of new "chrome valve caps" to my new tire valve stems by the service department. I discovered them when I went to inspect my automobile to drive home. They were not requested, but surely appreciated.

    Additionally, I received "another pleasant touch" by having the opportunity to talk briefly with the President of Redwood General Tire. He took time away from a busy management schedule to ask me if the company's service was performed to my satisfaction on my automobile? That was really thoughtful. Rarely does any customer receive a thank you for the business, particularly from a President of any company. Those and other small customer service finishing touches of Redwood General Tire I have experienced and go beyond the normal customer service in my opinion.

    Afterall, customer service and satisfaction is what is really important to me and I suspect to other customers as well. Redwood General Tire certainly has not forgotten that fact, and certainly in my view this is one company that have completely met my expectations in all areas of tire, automobile, product reliability, and customer service. I sincerely hope I live another 10 years to continue the pleasant experience of being able to drive my automobiles to Redwood General Tire for complete and tire and engine services.

    Mr. Barbara, again thank you for the exceptional service and for the thank you. I will highly recommend Redwood General Tire.

  17. "I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the great service I received when I brought my daughter's car in for service.

    My 19 year old daughter came over dinner recently, and told us that she had "issues" with her car. She had taken the car into a service shop in San Mateo because she said the car shook when she put on the breaks. She also said that the mechanic told her that "some pipe was cracked in the power steering, but it isn't serious because everyone has the same problem". I'm sure most fathers have similar stories that cause us great concern for the safety and welfare of our children. I told her I knew just the place to take her car and told her it was a place she could go to get reliable trustworthy service.

    I spoke with Denny who assured me that they would take care of the breaks and then examine the power steering to see what might be cracked. Within a few of hours, Denny called me back to advise that the break work was completed, and that a belt was the only thing that needed replacing in the power steering; and I could pick the car up any time.

    I am so thankful there is a service shop that consistently provides great work at a great price and so customer service oriented. Please pass my thanks to everyone. Once again, I'm a happy guy..!!"

  18. "I recently came in to your shop to have the following service performed on my 1997 Lexus SC 300. I requested the following, new tires, new brakes and a 4 wheel alignment. I was sold a set of very good value tires, not the most expensive. I was told I only needed front brakes and that the rears were over 50% of usable wear, and finally I was told the alignment was ok. WOW !! If I had gone to 100 other places, I'm fairly certain I would have been worked for everything I thought I needed. I want to thank you for your excellent business practices and integrity."
